Since the beginning of this year, the country has introduced a series of important measures to promote the development of the charging infrastructure system towards a wider distribution, denser layout, and more comprehensive categories. Nowadays, whether in the depths of Tianshan Mountains or between high mountains and canyons, the accelerated construction of charging stations is making people feel the tangible benefits.

The Xiaomuziduk Scenic Area in Aheqi County, Xinjiang, located deep in the Tianshan Mountains, has recently welcomed tourists driving new energy vehicles to check in.

Not only Kezhou deep in the Tianshan Mountains, but also Dulongjiang Township in the deep mountain canyon successfully put into operation charging stations in May this year, and villagers drove new energy vehicles for the first time.

As the construction of charging stations advances towards the blank, the network of charging services is also becoming increasingly dense. At present, nearly 90% of the national highway service areas have covered charging facilities. In Zhejiang, in the first half of this year, a total of 29000 public charging stations have been built in rural areas. In Jiangsu, the integrated microgrid of "optical storage and charging" enables lower carbon charging. In Beijing, the shared charging mode has transformed the old "car finding piles" into "pile finding cars".

In the first half of this year, the ownership of charging infrastructure in China reached 6.652 million units, a year-on-year increase of 69.8%. Among them, the ownership of public charging infrastructure reached 2.149 million units, a year-on-year increase of 40.6%, while the ownership of private charging infrastructure reached 4.503 million units, a year-on-year increase of 88.4%.
